Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.
Contiguous United States
We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after processing.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Canada
Orders to Canada ship at a flat rate of $15.99 USD.
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after processing.
Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs fees assessed by the relevant authorities.
United Kingdom
Orders to the United Kingdom ship at a flat rate of $9.99 USD.
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after processing.
UK customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, import duties, and customs fees assessed by the relevant authorities.
Heavy or Oversized Items
Some heavy or oversized products, including certain kennels and dog houses, may be available only for delivery within the contiguous United States. Any available shipping method and charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If your shipment is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us within seven days of the expected or confirmed delivery date. We may request photographs or other information to help resolve the issue.
