Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

United States — Free Standard Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing.

Canada — Flat Rate Shipping We ship to Canada at a flat rate of $15.99 USD.  Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after processing. Please note that Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery.

United Kingdom — Flat Rate Shipping We ship to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and British Forces) at a flat rate of $9.99 USD. Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after processing. Please note that UK customers may be responsible for import duties, VAT (20%), and customs fees on orders over £135 upon delivery. Time and Space Products is not responsible for any customs charges incurred.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at giuffregroupllc@outlook.com or through our contact page at timeandspaceproducts.com/pages/contact. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Heavy or Oversized Items Some large items (such as kennels, dog houses, and other oversized products) may ship via freight or specialized carriers. Delivery timelines for these items may vary. You will be notified if your order requires special shipping arrangements.
