Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Estimated delivery times after processing:

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order.
Shipping Restrictions "We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time."

Canadian Orders — Import Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
As a general guideline:
- Orders valued under CAD $150 are typically duty-free upon entry into Canada.
- Orders valued over CAD $150 may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
We recommend factoring this into your purchase decision if your order total is near or above the CAD $150 threshold.

- Estimated Delivery: 10–20 business days after processing
