Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or other international destinations at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders to the lower 48 states and Canada. Orders to the United Kingdom ship at a flat rate of $9.99 USD via standard international carriers.
If a product requires additional shipping due to size or weight, any applicable carrier charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
- Lower 48 states: 5–10 business days after processing
- Canada: 10–20 business days after processing
- United Kingdom: 10–20 business days after processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Will I be charged duties or taxes on my Canadian order?
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These fees are the customer's responsibility. Orders under CAD $150 are typically duty-free.
Will I be charged duties or taxes on my UK order?
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import VAT (20%) and customs duties upon delivery for orders valued over £135 GBP. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are determined by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). Most pet product orders fall below this threshold.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
Contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date via the Contact page on our website and we'll make it right.
What email address will my order emails come from?
Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and other transactional emails are sent from store+96617759026@shopifyemail.com on behalf of Time & Space Products (timeandspaceproducts.com). Please add this address to your safe sender list to ensure you receive all order updates.
